The Urinary Incontinence Tool Kit is used for the initial evaluation of a patient with
urinary incontinence. The tool kit automates the collection of baseline information on
pattern, frequency and impact of incontinence and collects background information important
in differential diagnosis. Educational materials teach patients self-management techniques
and explain medical and surgical treatment options. Click on the title of an individual tool for a short description and download options. Or download the the complete tool kit by clicking on the links in the right-hand column. |
